i don’t know what is wrong with my body?!…help please?
well, everyday i get chest pains and its really painful!! then my body stops functioning properly and i end up falling and hallucinating!! i can’t breath well enough when i get chest pain, then sometimes i cough up blood, my bones really hurt me, and i Always feel full though i don’t eat much. what can i do?! i’ve been doctors but they don’t know what is wrong with me!! am only 15!! and had this health problems for 4 years now and it gets worse every time!! i hardly sleep because of the pain allover me!! am a talented hip hop and street dance dancer and i can’t can’t dance like this because i constantly have to stop and am a well sporty person, i had to quit for my athletics because of this and its really annoying me!! is there a way to get rid of this?! can’t stand this no more!! help me please….

You have pinched muscles in your back causing these problems for you. When pinched in the upper back the pains follow the ribs round to the front to manifest themselves there. When pinched the muscles also tight the muscles up around your chest so that it can’t expand when you want to take a breath in. It is possible that you also have muscles pinched lower that are putting pressure on the nerves to your stomach which is going to make that act up as well. Here is how to release your back muscles which should get rid of the pains for you:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and firmly press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
