Boxes Display
I have a large white box displayed on my Pioneer Plasma tv, what is the white box and how can it be removed?
The display is a 50″, and the box takes up 1/4 of the screen. However the TV has a dent on of back of the panel. Could the white box be caused by the back panel? or is it the Screen? The screen has no cracks (isnt shattered). I just want to know what the box is, and idealy what could be causing it.
SOUNDS like your PIP is active, try pressing the PIP button again and again to get it to turn off…
IF it doesn’t make the White box disappear and it ACTUALLY takes up 1/4 or 1/6 of the SCREEN, then you must have a <> that’s bad or possibly disabled by the denting of it…..
You would KNOW if the panel was damaged, it would show up as cracks in the picture or a super blob of color in that area…
Sharp edged boxes tell me it’s an electronic failure or a PIP is active….
